Hold Harmless Disclosure

Guests shall indemnify, defend, and hold Owners harmless from any and all claims arising from Guest’s use of the Premises and from any and all costs, attorneys fees, expenses and liabilities incurred in the defense of any such claim or any action or proceeding brought thereon. Guests hereby assumes all risk of damage to property or injury to persons in or about the Premises from any cause, and Guests hereby waives all claims in respect thereof against Owners, excepting where said damage arises out of negligence of Owners. Guests shall use at their own risk all utilities, appliances, electrical equipment, furniture, patios, and decks in a safe manner, and shall report any repairs or replacements required immediately to Owners during occupancy. All damages incurred by the Guests shall be the responsibility of the Guests.
